This week we updated our website, planned our upcoming episodes and celebrated our first year of podcasting! mWe hope you like our new branding. With 28 episodes behind us we are starting to get really clear on our strengths and the best way to serve our audience. Our mission is to help you lead your best life.
We are excited about our guest this week. Erin Power helps us reframe our relationship with food. As we know many people set goals to make changes that will improve their health and well being in the new year. Gyms and weight control clinics are packed with people trying to bring change into this area of their lives.
We are happy to have Erin Power on our show. Erin is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a mission to help people achieve an effortless relationship with food once and for all. We love Erin's desire to help us simplify our food choices. There are so many different perspectives on food and it can be overwhelming. We are confident that you will want to reframe your relationship with food after listening.
